  • Already have a property in mind? Our Negotiation Only service is designed for buyers who have identified a specific property but want professional support before committing. We conduct the necessary due diligence, assess the property and its value, identify any potential risks or concerns, then negotiate directly with the selling agent to secure the best possible outcome on your behalf.

  • Done your research and found the right property, but don’t want to face the pressure of auction day? Our Auction Bidding service takes the emotion out of the process. I’ll bid on your behalf, keeping you focused on your predetermined budget and strategy while handling the pressure, pace and competition of the auction.
